Checkout Process

To order goods from our online store, click on the item in the home page. This will take you to a page that will display the availability of the product at the top left of the product information screen. You may then choose the size and colour of your shirt if applicable and click the "Buy Now" button to take you to the page displaying your basket. The following page will display several options to either update your cart, continue shopping or proceed to Delivery Information page. If you are already signed in you will be taken directly to this page, otherwise, you will asked to create an account. Once you create an account, you will be taken to the Delivery Information page.

On each page of the checkout process you will be able to review and amend your order before proceeding through the final checkout page. You will be given several options for delivery based on your address and the speed in which you would like to receive your product. You will be given the opportunity to select a different delivery address on this page and at any time you can also go back to change this as well.

After clicking "Continue" on the Delivery Information page, you will be taken to the Payment Information page, where we will ask for details of the Credit/Debit card you wish to use to make your payment. You may also choose to apply any of three possible discount options. These option are a gift certificate, points redemption or a coupon code. Clicking "Continue" on this page will take you to the "Order Confirmation" page displaying the full details of your oder. One you have reviewed the details and would like to have it processed, you may click "Confirm Order" and we will generate and transmit your order and apply any applicable discounts. You will also receive an email detailing this information along with an order ID for future reference if needed. If you need to amend your order after it has been generated, please contact us via email at contact@MrTees.com.

MrTees.com will confirm receipt of your order by sending an email to you using the address you supplied when registering with our website, however this will not bring into existance a legally binding agreement between us. No contract will exist between you and MrTees.com for the sale of products by us to you until your credit card has been charged. This will be deemed to be our acceptance of your order and to have been effectively communicated to you. Please note that the only language in which the contract can be concluded is English. Errors on our website

Despite our efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate, complete and current, there may be instances when information about a Product contains inaccurate or incomplete data, including data about the Product's price or availability. We make no warranty or guarantee that the information on our website is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct errors and/or update the content on our website at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing any error or inaccuracy, including after the order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original pay type.

Currency Used

All prices on the site are expressed in USD currency.

Sales tax policy

We do business throughout the United States and accordingly collect sales and use tax as required by applicable law. Your confirmation of your order total will reflect the applicable state and local sales tax, if any. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order was shipped, delivered or picked up.

Payment types we accept online

We accept the following forms of payment for your online purchases: Visa, MasterCard, MrTees.com Gift Cards, points redemption, coupon codes and Paypal. For your online purchases, you may purchase multiple products in a single order, and we'll accept one credit card and up to four Gift Cards for each order.

User Accounts

1. Your login may only be used by one person – a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted.

2. we will ask for details of your billing address. This MUST be the address at which you credit card is registered.

3. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Delivery of Goods

Your order will be delivered either by UPS, FedEx, Canada Post or by Courier. If your order contains more than one product the individual products may, on occasions, be sent on multiple dispatches.

Delivery Times

From the receipt of your order we will endeavor to deliver your chosen items to you within 5 - 10 working days providing the goods are in stock, unless a longer delivery time is shown on the product information page.Goods delivered by courier should arrive between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
